摘要
PK预应力叠合楼板是一种新型的预应力叠合楼板。现实中为了满足建筑使用功能的要求,竖向管道常需在楼板中开孔穿过。开洞后的预应力叠合楼板力学性能在正常使用状态下是否受到影响,具有研究意义。文章在两种跨度的双T形预制预应力带肋薄板的基础上,利用数值计算的方法,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对预制预应力带肋薄板开洞前后、不同开孔位置和尺寸、不同支承条件及跨度时预制预应力带肋薄板的挠度及内力的变化情况进行了分析和总结,得出的规律对预制预应力带肋薄板的工程设计和研究有一定的应用和参考意义。
PK prestressed composite slab is a new kind of prestressed composite floor slab. In order to meet the requirements of the usage function of the building, the vertical pipes usually cross through holes in the floor. Whether the mechanical property of the prestressed composite floor after opening are affected or not under the normal working condition is of great significance. Based on two spans of double T shape precast prestressed ribbed plates, using the numerical method, the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the change of deflection and internal forces of precast prestressed ribbed plates before and after opening; with different hole position, different sizes, different support conditions and span are analyzed and summarized. The laws obtained in the paper have certain reference value for the research and application of the precast prestressed ribbed plate in engineering design.
