摘要
模块化建筑技术集设计、工厂制作、搭建及验收为一体,利用处理复杂系统的模块化管理方式,将建筑体分成若干个空间模块,精装修甚至包括清洁都在工厂完成,然后将其运到工地上直接像搭积木一样对建筑物进行组装。随着建筑的装配式构件所占的比率逐渐提高,以盒式建筑为模型的生产方式成为预配建筑模块化的发展方向。文中针对我国建筑发展现状,结合现有应用实例阐述了盒子建筑在建筑发展方面具有极大的优势。主要从装配式建筑角度分析了盒子建筑与传统建筑的建造成本,通过论证得出未来建筑发展趋势为产业化、模块化的结论,并提出对未来建筑发展的思考。
Modular building technology integrates design, fabrication, construction and acceptance. The building is divided into several spatial modules by the modular management which is used to deal with complex system. Fine decoration, even cleaning, is done in the factory, and then these modules are shipped to the site and assembled directly like blocks. With the proportion of fabricated components gradually increasing, the production whose model is box building has become the development direction of prefabricated building modular. This paper aims at the present situation of architectural development in our country-, and expounds that box building has great advantages taking existing applications as exam- ples. The construction cost of box and traditional architecture is analyzed mainly from the point of view of modular architecture, and comes to a conclusion that industrialization and modularization are construction development tendency in the future. This paper also puts forward the thinking of the future architectural development.
