摘要
介绍了界面管理在工程项目管理中的重要性,从业主角度对工程项目管理中的界面进行了分类。文章分析了传统界面刚性管理手段不足之处,提出了进行项目界面管理必须在刚性管理的基础上引入柔性管理手段,通过刚性手段实现项目管理的正规化,采用柔性手段增加项目组织对环境的应变能力,降低项目运行成本。文章提出了项目界面管理的四个主要原则即一体化原则、柔性与刚性互补原则、利益相关性和目标一致性原则、整体性原则,并应用这些原则对四类主要界面的管理进行了论述。
This paper introduces the importance of interface management in engineering project management and classifies the interface of the project management from the owner' s side. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional methods of rigid interface management and proposes that in order to manage project interface, flexible management method must be introduced on the basis of rigid management, to realize the regularization of project management by means of rigidity, and flexible means are adopted to increase the adaptability of the project organization to the environment and reduce the operation cost of the project. The main factor that induces the interface problems and the main types are discussed in the paper. Four principles of interface management in the paper are put forward : integration, complementary of rigid & flexible method, benefit relevance & goal consistency. These principals are used to discuss the main four types of interface oroblems.
