摘要
本文介绍了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,简称PLC)的气动机械手电气传动系统,本文所研究系统由"PLC-传感器-气动元件"组成,充分利用了PLC控制的灵活性以及仿真软件直观方便的特点,弥补了传统继电器为基础的控制系统的不足。基于西门子S7-200PLC进行编程及仿真程序测试,实现了机械手操作工程的可视化。电气可编程控制器技术与气动技术相结合,使整个系统自动化程度更高,性能更加可靠,控制方式更加灵活。
: This paper introduces a based on programmable logic controller (programmable logic the controller PLC) gas pneumatic manipulator of electric drive system, the system is composed of "element of PLC - sensor - gas", makes full use of the PLC control flexibility and simulation software easy and intuitive features, to make up for the traditional relay based control system. Programming and simulation test program based on SIEMENS S7-200PLC, realize the visualization of manipulator engineering. Electrical programmable controller technology and pneumatic technology, the degree of automation of the whole system of higher performance, more reliable, more flexible control mode.
