井口含砂在线监测技术是一种智能化实时监测油气井出砂的定量研究手段。针对孤东油田油层出砂严重问题,提出了引进应用井口含砂在线监测技术,通过开展油井含砂在线监测技术应用,提升疏松砂岩油藏防砂措施优化和油井防砂效果,延长油井防砂有效期,减少和避免油井躺井率,增加油井生产时率,介绍了井口含砂在线监测技术的工作原理、技术特点以及现场应用效果,并对油井不同日产液量对砂粒举升的影响和应用效果作了评价分析。

Abstract： On line monitoring technology of well head sand content is a kind of quantitative research method of intelligent real-time monitoring of sand production. Sand is a serious problem in Gudong oilfield is a proposed introduction and application of wellhead containing sand on-line monitoring technology, by carrying out oil well sand on-line monitoring technology application, enhance unconsolidated sandstone reservoir anti sand measures to optimize and oil well sand control effect, extended well and the validity period of sand control, reduce and avoid oil wells lie well rate, increase oil production rate, introducing the wellhead containing sand on-line monitoring technology of the working principle, technical characteristics and field application results, and the analysis and evaluation of different oil wells daily fluid production rate on the grain lifting effect and application effect.
