关节镜下微骨折技术治疗膝骨性关节炎的康复护理

Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Microfracture Technique under Arthroscope

目的:观察康复护理对关节镜下微骨折技术治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法:选取2014年12月-2016年12月来本院行关节镜治疗的140例膝骨性关节炎患者展开回顾性分析,采用随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组,每组70例。所有患者均行关节镜手术,对照组术后接受常规护理,研究组患者在此基础上增设康复护理。观察两组在经过各自康复治疗后的VAS、肌力测试(MMT)评分、HSS、Barthel评分等级。结果:两组患者在经过各自治疗护理后,研究组HSS评分的优良率、MMT恢复级数、VAS评分、Barthel评分等级均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗膝骨性关节炎患者采取关节镜下行微骨折技术具有较高的价值,配合康复护理可明显改善患者膝关节的功能恢复,恢复患肢平衡能力,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by microfraeture technique under arthroscope.Method： From December 2014 to December 2016, 140 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into study group and control group, 70 cases in each group.All patients underwent arthroscopic surgery, the control group received routine care after surgery, and the study group received rehabilitation nursing. The VAS, muscle strength test （ MMT ） score, HSS and Barthel score of the two groups were observed after treatment.Result： After the treatment and nursing, the I-ISS score excellent rate, MMT recovery grade, VAS score and Barthel score of the study group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The arthroscopie microfracturo technique has a high value for recovery of knee osteoarthritis patients, cooperate with rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the function of knee joint, restore the balance of affected limb, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
