家庭跟进式护理干预在痛风患者治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Family Follow-up Nursing Intervention on Gout Treatment

目的:探讨在痛风患者治疗中,家庭跟进式护理干预的应用效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取本院2014年3月-2016年6月收治的痛风患者220例,并将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各110例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予家庭跟进式护理干预,观察两组患者护理前后血尿酸水平与痛风复发情况。结果:护理后,研究组的血尿酸水平和复发率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的高脂血症、动脉硬化、糖尿病、动脉硬化、冠心病的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在痛风患者的临床护理中,家庭跟进式护理干预有助于降低患者的血尿酸水平,减少病症复发情况的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the application effect of family follow-up nursing intervention on gout treatment, and provide reference for clinical treatment.Method： 220 patients with gout in Our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 were selected, patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 110 cases in each group.The control group was taken routine nursing, the study group was given family follow-up nursing intervention on this basis, the level of serum uric acid and gout recurrence in two groups before and after nursing were observed.Result： After nursing, the level of serum uric acid and recurrence rate in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Thehyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease incidence of study group were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclusion： In the clinical nursing care of patients with gout, family follow-up nursing intervention can help to reduce the level of serum uric acid and reduce the recurrence of the disease, which is worthy of popularization and application.
