激素替代治疗对围绝经期综合征妇女子宫内膜厚度和激素水平的影响分析

Effect of Hormone Replacement Therapy on Endometrial Thickness and Hormone Levels in Women with Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的:分析围绝经期综合征妇女接受激素替代治疗对其子宫内膜厚度和激素水平的影响。方法:随机选择2015年1月-2016年12月在本院接受治疗的围绝经期综合征妇女84例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组对照组,每组42例。对照组利用谷维素单独治疗,观察组选择补佳乐、安宫黄体酮以及达英-35治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后各项激素指标水平均优于对照组,症状评分结果低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期综合征妇女接受激素替代治疗可以增加子宫内膜厚度,促使机体激素水平得以有效改善,使患者临床症状得到更有效缓解,值得广泛应用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of hormone replacement therapy on endometrial thickness and hormone levels in perimenopausal women.Method： From January 2015 to December 2016, 84 cases of perimenopausal syndrome women treated in our hospital were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, the control group adopted Oryzanol treatment only, the observation group adopted Medroxyprogesterone acetate and Estradiol valerate and Diane-35 treatment, the treatment effects of two groups were compared. Result： After treatment, the level of various hormone index of the observation group were better than those of the control group.the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the endometrial thickness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, tKe anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Perimenopausal syndrome women adopt hormone replacement therapy, can increase the endometria] thickness, improve the body hormone level effectively, and relief the clinical symptoms of the patients, it is worthy of widely application.
