血清3项肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断原发性肝癌的价值探讨

Value of Combined Detection of 3 Tumor Markers in Serum for Diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer

目的:分析研究甲胎蛋白(AFP)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、高尔基体糖蛋白73(GP73)这3项血清肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断原发性肝癌的价值。方法:选择2013年8月-2014年6月到本院就诊60例原发性肝癌患者、60例肝硬化患者、60例健康者,采取直接化学发光法、化学比色速率法和酶联免疫法吸附试验等方法来测定血清AFP、AFU和GP73水平,并进行对比。结果:PHC组中患者血清AFP、AFU、GP73水平明显高于肝硬化组和健康对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AFP、AFU、GP73联合检测的敏感性高达93.7%,明显高于AFU的74.9%、GP73的73.2%、AFP的61.9%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清3项肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断原发性肝癌的效果明显,能够明显提高阳性的检出率,有助于原发性肝癌的诊断、患者病情变化的判别以及治疗效果的观察。

Objective： To analyze the value of combined detection of 3 serum tumor markers including alpha fetoprotein （ AFP ）, AFU and Golgi＇s glycoprotein 73 （ GP73 ） in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Method： From August 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital, 60 patients with primary liver cancer, 60 cases of cirrhosis and 60 healthy people were selected, the direct chemiluminescence method and chemical colorimetric rate method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used for determination of serum AFP, AFU amt GP73 levels, than compared of them.Result： The serum levels of AFP, AFU, GP73 levels of PHC group was significantly higher than that of liver cirrhosis group and healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .The sensitivity of combined detection of AFP, AFU and GP73 as high as 93.7%, significantly higher than that of AFU 74.9%, GP73 73.2%, AFP 61.9%, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The senlm levels of 3 tumor markers combined detection of primary liver cancer has obvious effect, can significantly improve the detection rate of positive diagnosis, contribute to the changes in patients with primary hepatoeellular carcinoma and observe the therapeutic effect.
