盆炎丸治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染气虚血瘀证的临床效果及复发观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Penyan Pill for the Treatment of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection of Genital Tract in Female Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的:探究盆炎丸治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)感染气虚血瘀证的临床效果及复发情况。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月收治的106例生殖道Uu感染气虚血瘀证女性患者临床资料进行分析,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组53例,对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗,研究组予以盆炎丸治疗,比较两组疗效与复发情况、中医证候积分及不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率92.45%,高于对照组的77.35%,且研究组复发率为11.32%低于对照组的37.73%,研究组与对照组治疗后中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后改善幅度优于对照组,研究组不良反应总发生率为1.88%,低于对照组的16.98%,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性生殖道Uu感染气虚血瘀证应用盆炎丸进行治疗可有效提升疗效,且不良反应情况少,具推广价值。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and recurrence of Penyan pill on the in the treatment of ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） infection of genital tract in female patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method： From January 2016 and January 2017, The clinical data of 106 female patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis caused by Uu infection in genital tract treated in our hospital were analyzed.These patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method, 53 patients in each group.The control group were given Azithromycin for treatment, and study group received Penyan Pill for treatment.The curative effect, recurrence, TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 92.45%, higher than that of the control group （ 77.35% ）, and the recurrence rate of the study group was 11.32%, lower than that of the control group （ 37.73% ）, after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of two groups were both decreased than those before treatment, and the score of the study group was improved more than that of the control group, the total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the study group was 1.88%, lower than that of the control group, which was 16.98%, and the differences for all above were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： For the treatment of female patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome caused by genital tract Uu infection, Penyan Pill can improve the curative effect effectively, and has less adverse reactions, which has significant value to be popularized in clinical aonlieation.
