微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的应用观察及临床护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for Renal Calculi

目的:探究微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术应用在肾结石患者临床治疗与临床护理中的效果。方法:随机选取本院2014年12月-2016年12月收治的108例接受微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者作为观察对象,依照护理方法的不同随机分成试验组与对照组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规护理方法,试验组给予针对性护理方法。结果:对照组的护理满意度为75.93%,而试验组的护理满意度为94.44%,其中试验组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的气胸、结石一次性清除以及结石粉碎等护理效果也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床中在采取微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石患者的基础上,还应给予有针对性的护理方法,从而有效地降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者临床护理满意度以及生活质量,有助于患者尽早恢复健康,在临床中值得广泛的推广应用。

Objective： To-investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with renal calculi.Method： 108 patients with renal calculi by minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser ]ithotripsy treatment in our hospital were selected from December 2014 to December 2016 year as observation objects, according to the different nursing methods they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 54 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, the experimental group was given targeted nursing.Result： The control group of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction was 75.93%, while the experimental group of that was 94.44% significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The experimental group of patients with pneumothorax, one-time clearance and stone crushing stones clinical nursing effect were hetter than the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： For patients with kidney stones by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy treatment, give targeted care, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life, help patients recover as soon as possible, it is widely used in clinic.
