妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产的麻醉方式与麻醉效果分析

Anesthesia Mode and Effect Analysis of Cesarean Section in Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的:研究与分析妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产的麻醉方式与麻醉效果。方法:选取本院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产产妇100例为对象进行研究,利用计算机将其随机分为观察组与对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组麻醉方式为单纯硬膜外麻醉,观察组麻醉方式为腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉,观察比较两组的麻醉效果。结果:观察组的麻醉诱导时间、感觉阻滞恢复时间、运动阻滞恢复时间以及达到最高麻醉平面时间等与对照组相比均显著较短,两组比较差异均,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生2例寒战、1例低血压,不良反应发生率为6.0%(3/50),而对照组发生4例寒战、3例低血压、2例疼痛,不良反应发生率为18.0%(9/50),观察组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产采用腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉的效果十分显著,且显著减少麻醉诱导时间、感觉阻滞恢复时间、运动阻滞恢复时间以及达到最高麻醉平面时间,同时还能减少不良反应的发生,因此值得应用于临床推广。

Objective： To study and analysis the hypertensive disorders in pregnancy cesarean section anesthesia and anesthetic effect.Method： 100 cases of gestational hypertension cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the study objects, according the computer randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group anesthesia anesthesia epidural anesthesia, the observation group for combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The anesthetic effects of two groups were compared. Result： The anesthesia induction time, recovery time of sensory block, motor block recovery time and reached the highest level of anesthesia time in observation group were significantly shorter than control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The observation group occurred in 2 cases of chilis, 1 case of hypotension, the incidence of adverse reaction was 6.0% （ 3/50 ） ; while the control group had 4 cases of chills, 3 cases of hypotension, 2 cases of pain, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 18.0% （ 9/50 ）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy cesarean section with combined spinal epidural anesthesia effect is very significant, and significantly reduce the induction time, recovery time of sensory block, motor block and recovery time.h can reach the highest level of anesthesia time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
