英那河灌区田间用水计量体系建立

摘要 在当前淡水资源严重短缺的情况下,我国农业灌溉用水量占将近70%。英那河灌区承担着4620hm^2的灌溉任务,目前还是粗放型的大水漫灌,造成灌溉用水浪费严重。农业节水作为主要的节水方式,必须依靠田间用水计量来确定和规范。所以英那河灌区吸取国内试点灌区的经验和教训,建立一套适合自身的田间用水计量体系。 Under the situation of serious shortage of freshwater resources, the water consumption of agricultural irrigation accounts for nearly 70% in our country. The Yingna River irrigation area undertakes the irritation task of 4620 hm^2 which is still extensive flood irrigation resulting in serious waste of water. Water-saving agriculture as the main method of water saving must rely on field water consumption measurement to identify and standardize. So Yingna River irrigation area establishes its own suitable field water metrology system learning the experiences and lessons of domestic pilot irrigation area.
