PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床应用

The Clinical Application of PFNA in the Treatment of Senile Femoral Fractures Between Rotor

目的:讨论分析PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2014年10月-2016年10月于笔者所在医院进行老年股骨转子间骨折治疗的患者116例,所有患者按照1∶1的比例平均分配为两组,PFNA组患者58例,DHS组患者58例。PFNA组患者选择PFNA内固定手术进行治疗,DHS组患者选择DHS内固定手术进行治疗。统计分析两组患者的Harris评分状况及手术相关情况,并将统计分析的两组数据进行组间对比。结果:根据对比结果显示,PFNA组患者Harris评分状况与DHS组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而PFNA组手术情况好于DHS组患者(P<0.05)。结论:虽然PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折后,患者Harris评分状况与DHS治疗无明显差别,但是PFNA治疗的手术相关情况显著优于DHS治疗,因此PFNA治疗更值得临床推广与应用。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of senile femoral fractures between rotor.Method： From October 2014 to October 2016, 116 cases of elderly patients with femoral fractures between rotor in our hospital were selected, all patients according to the proportion of 1 ： 1 evenly divided into two groups, one group of 58 patients with PFNA group, one group of 58 patients with DHS group.PFNA group of patients chose PFNA internal fixation operation for treatment, patients with DHS group chose DHS internal fixation operation for treatment.Statistical analysis of two groups of patients with Harris score and the operation condition, and statistical analysis of the contrast between the two groups data.Result： The Harris score in PFNA group and DHS group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The operation eonditions in the PFNA group were better than those in the DHS group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Although Harris score status in the PFNA treatment of senile femoral fracture between rotor has no obvious difference with DHS treatment, but PFNA treatment is significantly related to the operation due to DHS, therefore PFNA treatment is more worthy of elinical popularization and application.
