健康教育对耐多药肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响

Influence of Health Education on Treatment Compliance of Patients with Multi-drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨对耐多药肺结核患者行健康教育指导的临床效果。方法:将2015年4月-2016年4月笔者所在医院收治的128例耐多药肺结核患者作为研究对象,根据抛硬币法进行分组,正面为对照组,反面为试验组,各64例。对照组行常规护理,试验组则给予健康教育指导,观察并比较两组健康常识掌握度、护理满意度以及治疗依从性。结果:两组护理前的健康常识掌握度以及治疗依从性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后试验组健康常识认知度及治疗依从性显著高于对照组,试验组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对耐多药肺结核患者行健康教育指导,能够在一定程度上提高患者对于护理工作的满意度、治疗的依从性以及健康常识的掌握度,效果十分显著。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of health education on patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Method： A total of 128 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin-dropping method. The positive group was the control group and the negative group was the experimental group, 64 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group was instructed by health education.The health knowledge control situation, nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the two groups were observed and compared.Result： There were no significant differences in health knowledge and treatment compliance between the two groups before nursing（P〉O.05）.After nursing, the cognition of health knowledge and treatment compliance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The guidance of health education for patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis can improve the satisfaction of patients, the compliance of treatment and the mastery situation of health knowledge to a certain extent, and the effect is very significant.
