摘要
目的观察不同剂量盐酸达泊西汀对精子活动率、死亡率及精子DNA碎片指数的影响;方法随机抽取20份健康男性精液标本。达泊西汀先用二甲基亚砜溶解后使用;精液标本,F-10培养液调整浓度为10×10~6/mL,分为297ng/mL组(观察组1)和498ng/mL(观察组2),不添加药物者为阴性对照组。各剂量组34℃培养箱中培养24h后分别检查精子活动率、死亡率及精子DNA碎片指数。结果培养前各组标本的精液常规数据无差别(P>0.05);不同剂量组在培养后各项指标均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论质量浓度在498ng/mL以下的达泊西汀对体外培养24h的精子无明显毒性作用。
Objective To explore the effect of different concentrations of dapoxetine intervention on human sperm mo- tility, mortality, and DNA fragmentation index (DFI) in vitro. Methods A total of 20 sperm samples were divided into 3 groups, which were cultured in F-10 culture medium (10 × 10^6/mL) by different concentrations of dapoxetine: observation group 1 (297 ng/mL), observation group 2 (498 ng/mL), and negative control group. The sperm motility, mortality, and DFI of all groups were analyzed. Results Three were no differences in the parameters among the 3 groups before and after dapox- etinein treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion Dapoxetinein has no effects on sperm quality and DFI when sperm is treated in vitro for 24h with dapoxetinein concentration less than 498ng/mL.
