介绍了以Fe V80细粉和Fe V50细粉为原料通过自蔓延反应法获得氮化钒铁的制取工艺,研究了钒铁细粉粒度、钒铁细粉中氧含量以及氮气压力在反应过程中对产品的影响,确定了SHS法制取氮化钒铁的工艺。
It Introduces the craft of producing ferrovanadium nitride using FeV80 and FeV50 as raw materials by SHS process. It researches the influence on the product so ferrovanadium fine powder size, the oxygen content in ferrovanadium fine powder and the pressure of nitrogen in the reaction process. Then it determines the craft of producing ferrovanadium nitride by SHS method.
