回收单晶硅片切割浆料冶炼锰硅合金的试验研究

摘要 通过在烧结锰矿时添加一定量的单晶硅片切割过程中产生的废浆料,来提高烧结锰矿中SiO_2的含量,加入矿热炉后进行锰硅合金的冶炼,不仅有效降低了硅石消耗,带来经济收益,同时对单晶硅片切割浆料进行资源回收利用处理,避免其对生态环境造成污染,实现了经济循环发展,具有一定的社会及环境意义。 In this paper, by adding a certain amount of the waste slurry from the cutting process of monocrystal silicon wafer to increase SiO2 content in sintering of manganese ore in submerged arc furnace for silicomanganese alloys smel- ting, It was not only effectively reduce the consumption of silica and bring economic benefits. Meanuhile, the mono- crystalline silicon wafer cutting slurry recycling treatment of resources avoids the pollution of the ecological environment to achieve the economic cycle of development, which has a certain social and environmental significance.
