摘要
从导电关系出发,分析了电极、短网和电极壳这三种导电元件的电载荷能力。通过理论分析和实际数据相结合,得出与自焙电极相关的电流密度表达式,并利用现有不同炉型参数对电载荷能力进行验证。所得数据对新建或改造电炉具有一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the electrical load capacity on electrode, short network and electrode shell by the con- ductive relationship. Based on the theoretical analysis and the actual data, the expression of the current density associ- ated with the self-baking electrode are obtained. The electric load capacity is verified by using different furnace param- eters. Finally, the data have certain guiding role on new or modified electric furnace.
