摘要
分析了我国区域人力资源服务业的发展现状,目前,我国人力资源服务业的发展集聚化效应明显,但集聚水平较低,发展方式主要为产业聚集的形式,实现形式主要是建立产业园,发展的同时也出现了较多问题;建议应当结合目前国际局势和国际人力资源服务业的发展水平和先进经验,积极探索和发展具有我国特色的发展模式。
This paper analyzes the development situation of regional human resources service industry in China. At present, the agglomeration effect of human resources service industry is obvious, but the agglomeration level is lower. Its development mode is mainly industrial agglomeration and the realization form is mainly industrial park, and the problems have also emerged in the course of development. It suggests exploring the development mode of human resources service industry with Chinese characteristics based on the international situation and advanced experience.
