Cultivation of Agricultural Science and Technology Periodical Editors

笔者结合农业科技期刊对编辑的要求,阐述了加强农业科技期刊编辑能力培养的必要性,分析了农业科技期刊编辑能力培养的主要因素,研究了解决农业科技期刊发展瓶颈的有效途径,为推动期刊良性发展、不断提高编辑素养和业务水平、提升期刊竞争力提出了对策建议。

Based on the requirements of agricultural science and technology periodicals for editors, this paper expounds the necessity of strengthening edit ability cultivation, analyzes the main contents of cultivation and studies the effective way of solving the bottleneck of agricultural science and technology periodicals. In order to promote the development of periodicals, improve the quality and professional ability of editors and enhance the competitiveness of periodicals, it puts forward some suggestions.
