研究生资源配置和人才培养状况的调查研究——以江西省某高校为例

Investigation on the Resource Allocation and Talent Training in Postgraduate Education——A Case Study of a University in Jiangxi Province

采用分层抽样的方法从硬件设备、教学培养、科研培养、综合素质4个方面对江西省某高校2014—2016级研究生资源配置和人才培养的现状进行了问卷调查,分析发现:研究生综合素质自我认可度较高、创新能力的培育重视度不够、外语学习热情较低、读研动机对个人素质影响较大;针对现状提出完善不同学科之间的资源均衡配置、关注课程教学发展、全方位提升研究生创新能力、激发研究生外语学习的积极性、帮助研究生确定目标等提高研究生培养质量的对策建议。

This paper studies the present situation of resource allocation and talent cultivation of graduate students in a uni- versity of Jiangxi Province. It investigates the hardware equipment, teaching cultivation, scientific research training, compre- hensive qualities cultivation from 2014 to 2016, and the results show that graduate students have higher recognition for their comprehensive quality, the motive of study has great influence on personal quality, but the cultivation of innovation ability is not enough and graduate students＇ learning enthusiasm for foreign language is lower. Based on it, it puts forward some sug- gestions on improving the cultivation quality of graduate students, including improving the resource allocation between differ- ent subjects, focusing on curriculum development, improving the innovation ability of graduate students, arousing the enthusi- asm of graduate students in foreign language learning and helping them determine learning goals.
