Development of Comprehensive Operation Vehicle for Subway Contact System Overhaul and Tunnel Cleaning

为了适应地铁隧道施工环境,既可以完成地铁接触网上部设施的安装和检修作业,又可以实现对隧道全断面的高效清洗(水冲洗),研究开发了地铁接触网检修作业及隧道冲洗综合车,介绍了综合车的总体结构、工作原理、适用环境与主要技术指标,详细阐述了综合车的各系统主要部件结构及其性能参数,分析了综合车的社会经济效益,指出采购综合车可节省至少1/4的采购价,一车多用,减少了设备数量,便于维修管理与转场运输,具有较强的应用价值及推广前景。

In order to complete the installation and maintenance of the subway contact system and clean the tunnel at the same time, a comprehensive operation vehicle is researched and developed. The paper introduces the overall structure, work- ing principle, applicable environment and main technical indexes of the comprehensive operation vehicle, expounds the main structural parts of each system and the performance parameters, and analyses the social and economic benefits of the compre- hensive operation vehicle. It points out that using the comprehensive operation vehicle can save at least a quarter of the pur- chase price and reduce the number of equipment, and it has great application value and promotion prospect.
