摘要
注浆技术是土建工程特别是在隧道工程中运用广泛的重要技术,为了解决传统注浆装置和注浆方法在瓦斯隧道施工过程中注浆管口破坏导致无法与注浆接头进行套丝连接,以及无法进行注浆接头的焊接等问题,本文从技术、经济和安全等方面展开杨家坡高瓦斯隧道施工中预埋后注式注浆技术的研究和总结,总结形成瓦斯隧道施工新的注浆技术。实践证明该注浆技术能有效改善围岩结构、控制围岩变形,对其他瓦斯隧道施工和不良地质隧道施工有一定指导作用。
Grouting technology is widely used in civil engineering, especially in tunnel engineering. In order to solve the problems of the traditional grouting device and grouting method in the construction of gas tunnel, this paper researches and summarizes the pre-buried grouting technology used in the gas tunnel construction of Yangiiapo from the technical, economic and security aspects, and sums up the formation of new grouting technology. Practice has proved that the grouting technology can effectively improve the structure of surrounding rock and control the deformation of surrounding rock, and it has a certain guiding meaning for other gas tunnel construction.
