摘要
为避免同质化生产函数带来的模型误置和评价不公平问题,应采用数据包络分析方法评价我国研究型大学科研的投入-产出效率及其时空特征。基于2003-2011年校级面板数据的研究发现:我国研究型大学科研效率的整体水平偏低,地区间无显著差异;我国研究型大学科研效率存在一定波动,总体呈上升趋势;在技术效率的分解中,技术要素对技术效率的贡献大于规模要素。
When using DEA method to measure and analyze the scientific research efficiency and characteristics of space-time of Chinese research universities from 2003 to 2008, the results showed that： The overall level of scientific research efficiency of research-oriented universities in our country is on the low side, and there is no significant difference among areas;There exist certain fluctuations in scientific research efficiency in our research-oriented universities, and the overall trend is rising; In the decomposition of technical efficiency, the contribution of technological factors on the technical efficiency is greater than the scale factor.
