摘要
采用中国综合社会调查2013年数据(CGSS数据),对政府提供公共教育服务的城乡居民满意度进行考察。运用描述性分析的统计方法对城乡居民对公共教育服务的满意度现状进行分析,并用非参数检验:Mann—Whitney和Kruskl—Wallis Test K的检验方法对城乡居民个人的不同特征要素对公共教育服务的满意度的差异进行检验。研究结果表明,城乡居民对公共教育服务的总体满意度是大致相同的,满意值处于中等水平。公共教育服务资源比较充足,公共教育服务资源的便利性较好,公共教育服务资源在地区间的配置不太均衡,并且过于重视盈利性而其公共性不足。对学前教育、九年义务教育、高中阶段教育比较满意,职业教育的满意度一般。
In this paper, according to the Chinese 2013 general social survey data (CGSS data), a descriptive analysis is made to analyze the satisfaction status of urban and rural residents to public education service, and Mann-Whitney and Kruskl-Wallis TestK are made to analyze the different characteristics of urban and rural individual's personal characteristics to public education service Satisfaction.The result shows that the overall satisfaction of public service education of urban and rural residents is roughly the same, and the satisfaction value is at the middle level. The public education service resource is more convenient, and the allocation of public educational service resources among regions is not balanced, and the public education service resource is too balanced and has too much emphasis on profitability. Urban and rural residents are satisfied with preschool education, nine years compulsory education and high school education, and general satisfaction with vocational education.
