摘要
本文构建了企业的劳动力配置模型,并借用中国工业36个细分行业的企业数据,论证了同一产业内企业生产率变动的差异会显著地降低企业的劳动力配置效率,其影响系数为0.75,原因是企业存在劳动力调整成本。继而,采用模拟矩估计的方法估计了中国工业企业的劳动力调整成本函数,并对理论模型的有效性进行检验,计算所得的模拟矩和真实矩的拟合度为0.92,证实了理论模型的解释力。
This paper constructed a labor allocation model, and based on the firms' data from 36 sub-sectors of Chinese industry, to certify that the dispersion of firm's productivity change in an industry have a significant effect on the efficiency of labor allocation, and the effect coefficient is 0. 75. The reason of this impact is the existence of labor adjustment costs. Then, this paper estimated the labor adjustment costs tunction of Chinese industrial firms by using the simulated moments method, and the goodness of fit of the simulated moment and the real moment is 0. 92, which reflects the validity of theoretical model.
