摘要
介绍了聚乳酸改性磷酸盐粘结剂的制备及其性能。研究了磷酸和氢氧化铝的配比、反应温度、反应时间、聚乳酸加入量和固化剂金属氧化物添加量等对铸造型砂性能的影响,探究了制备铸造型砂工艺线路。结果表明,聚乳酸改性磷酸盐粘结剂可以提高自硬砂的稳定性和抗吸湿性,从而提高自硬砂的抗压强度和流动性,可在铸造行业推广应用。
The phosphate binder modified by polylactic acid was presented in the paper. The effects of experimental conditions including molar ratio of phosphoric acid and aluminum hydroxide, reaction temperature and time, amount ofpoly lactic acid, and amount of metal oxide on the properties of casting sand were investigated. The results show that the polylactic acid modified phosphate binder can improve the stability and moisture resistance ofself-hardeding sand; thus the compressive strength and fluidity of self-hardening sand are improveck The technology can be applied to foundry industry.
