摘要 介绍了SYD800整体两级双吸不锈耐蚀离心泵铸件铸造工艺设计方案。对产品结构、质量要求和铸件材质进行了分析,针对铸件出现的尺寸偏差、疏松、冷隔、漂芯等铸造缺陷及操作关键节点,提出相应的解决方案,生产出了合格产品。 Casting process design of SYD800 overall two-stage double suction stainless corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump was introduced. The casting structure, quality requirement and the material were analyzed. The solution was put forward, which aimed at the casting defects such as size deviation, porosity, cold shut, core lift and the operation key points. And the qualified castings were produced.
