摘要
通过对比国产和国外生产的CQ钩舌的结构及化学成分,找出了国产钩舌寿命达不到3~4年的原因,即国外钩舌在结构设计及化学成分上优于国产舌钩。通过调整结构设计和化学成分及铸造工艺,国产舌钩的质量和使用寿命得到了提高。
By comparing the structure and chemical composition of domestic and foreign knuckles, the reasons of the domestic knuckles life of less than 3-4 years were found. Namely, the design and chemical compositions of the foreign knuckles were better than the domestic knuckles. By adjusting the product structure, chemical compositions and casting process, the quality and service life of the domestic knuckles were improved.
