摘要
文章介绍了绍兴市香榧产业的发展现状,分析了香榧产业发展中存在的问题,主要表现在现代栽培技术发展滞后、加工工艺及产品品种单一、消费群体不广、产业链不长4个方面。最后,针对存在的问题提出今后的发展对策与思路。
The paper introduced the status of Torreya Grandis Industry in Shaoxing City, analyzed the problems ex isted in the industry development, including backward development of modern cultivation technology , single pro cessing technology and product variety, narrow consumption group and short industrial chain. Finally, it put for ward some proposals for future development.
