Integrated Technology and Equipment for Local Temperature Control of Heat Disaster Mine

摘要 从矿井热害的影响因素入手,研究矿井冷负荷的计算方法,提出矿井局部温度控制技术,研制ZLS-90型移动式矿井局部降温装备,并采用焓差综合测试系统对降温设备的性能进行测试;提出利用热棒移热技术来处理矿井冷凝热并加以综合利用。通过局部控温技术可对热害矿井实施有效的降温,保障工人工作环境,保证矿井安全生产,实现资源的高效节约环保。 From influence factors of coal mine heat disaster, the cooling load calculation method of coal mine was studied, the local temperature control technology was proposed. ZLS-90 movable cooling equipment was developed successfully, and the enthalpy difference comprehensive testing system was used to test the performance of this equipment. It was also proposed that the heat transfer technology was used to deal with the mine condensing heat and comprehensive utilization by using heat-rod. By means of local temperature control technology, the effective cooling was carried out for heat disaster mine, it guaranteed the working environment under coal mine, and ensured the coal mine safety production. It achieved high efficiency, conservation and environmental protection for resource.
