人舌鳞状细胞癌组织Med19的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF MEDIATOR COMPLEX SUBUNIT 19 IN HUMAN TONGUE SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA TISSUE AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的探讨中介体复合物19(Med19)在人舌鳞状细胞癌(TSCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2012年1月—2016年9月我院口腔颌面外科手术切除的TSCC与癌旁非肿瘤组织标本50例,利用免疫组织化学方法及Western blot方法分别检测Med19蛋白的表达情况,另取20例正常口腔组织行免疫组织化学染色作为对照。结果 TSCC组织中Med19蛋白表达水平与癌旁非肿瘤组织和正常口腔组织比较,差异有显著性(χ~2=16.82,P<0.05)。TSCC组织中Med19蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移情况有关(χ~2=9.67,P<0.05);而与病人的性别、年龄及肿瘤的大小、分化程度、临床分期等无关(P>0.05)。结论 TSCC细胞转移可能与Med19蛋白异常表达密切相关,但其具体的发生机制仍需进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the expression of mediator complex subunit 19 (Medl9) in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) tissue and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 50 TSCC tissue samples and corresponding adjacent tissues were collected from the patients who underwent surgical resection in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2016. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to measure the expression of Medl9. In addition, 20 normal oral tissue samples were collected as controls and Immunohistochemistry was also performed. Results There was a significant difference in the expression of Med19 protein between TSCC tissue and adjacent tissue or normal oral tissue (χ2= 16.82, P d0.05). The expression of Medl9 protein in TSCC tissue was associated with lymph node metastasis (X 2 = 9.67, P〈0.05) and was not associated with sex, age, tumor size, degree of tumor differentiation, and clinical stage (P 0.05). Conclusion The metastasis of TSCC may be closely associated with the abnormal expression of Medl9 protein, but its specific mechanism still needs further study.
