直升机吊挂输电线路物资运输施工标准解读

摘要 贯彻安全可靠、经济合理、技术先进、环境友好的技术原则,完成国家电网公司企业标准《直升机吊挂输电线路物资运输施工导则》的制定工作。结合直升机吊挂输电线路物资运输技术相应研究成果,从施工流程、施工准备和现场实施3个方面解读主要条款的编制思路、基本原理以及注意事项。该标准规范直升机吊挂运输输电线路物资作业安全及质量,解决在特殊地段的实际实施困难,最大限度地减少对森林、植被等的破坏。应用直升机可以提高施工效率,减少建设时间。相比传统的运输方式,利用直升机运输线路物资将获得更高的社会综合经济效益,提升我国大电网建设的机械化程度和装备水平,填补国内空白。该标准的实施为指导直升机吊挂运输输电线路物资作业提供重要依据。 To implement the engineering philosophy of security, reliability, reasonable economy, advanced technology and friendly environment, company standard of State Grid, "The construction guide of transportation for transmission line materials by helicopter lifting", has been finished. A detailed reading about the basic principle and notes of the main clauses is given from the aspects of construction process, construction preparation and site implementation, combining with corresponding research results of transportation technology for transmission line materials by helicopter lifting. The standard has specified the operation safety and quality of the transportation for transmission line materials by helicopter lifting, resolved difficulties in special area, and minimized damage to forests and plants, etc. The application of helicopters can improve construction efficiency and reduce construction time. Comparing with the traditional mode of transportation, and the use of helicopters obtains higher social and economic benefits. It enhances the degree of mechanization and equipment level of China's power grid construction and fills the domestic blank. The standard provides important basis to guide the implementation of the transportation for transmission line materials by helicopter lifting.
