健康体检中心院内感染的预防与管理

Prevention and management of hospital infection in medical examination center

目的通过加强体检中心的护理管理,不断提升护理管理水平,提高预防与控制医院感染的能力,预防与控制医院感染的发生。方法针对健康体检中心工作特点,从医院感染管理、一次性物品使用、医疗废弃物处理、护士手卫生依从性四个方面分析医院感染发生的原因,制订防止医院感染发生的管理措施和相应制度。包括加强对防止医院感染的领导、强化管理制度、提高医护人员防控意识、加强一次性物品管理、严格无菌操作规程、加强医护人员手卫生依从性管理、重视针刺伤的处理、严格医疗废弃物管理。充分发挥护士长的主观能动性,加强落实各项管理措施,针对医院感染的多种因素予以控制,并做好重点环节的监督管理。结果医护人员增强了医院感染的防控意识,自觉遵守《医院感染管理办法》的相关规订,护理质量得到提升,体检中心连续三年院内感染率逐渐降低。结论加强护理管理能有效预防与控制医院感染的发生。

Objective By strengthening nursing management of the medical examination center,to raise the level of nursing management,increase the ability for hospital infection prevention and control,to prevent and control hospital infection. Methods According to the characteristics in physical examination center,the cause of hospital infection were analyzed from the four aspects of management of hospital infection,management of disposable medical materials,treatment of medical wastes and compliance of hands hygiene,to formulate management measures and corresponding systems to prevent hospital infection,which including strengthening the leadership and management regulation in preventing hospital infection,enhancing medical staff＇s consciousness for preventing and controlling,strengthening disposable goods management,strictly implementing aseptic operation procedure,strengthening hand hygiene compliance management of doctors and nurses,paying attention to the treatment of needle stab wound,strict managing medical waste. To give full play to the subjective initiative of the head nurse,strengthen the implementation of various management measures,control multiple factors of nosocomial infection,do a good job of supervision and management of key links. Results The staff increased the consciousness of preventing and controlling hospital infection,observed the regulations more consciously,the quality of nursing had been improved and the hospital infection rate continuously decreased in the past three years. Conclusion Strengthening nursing management can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of hospital infection.
