摘要
目的了解武汉市江汉区卫生服务机构医务人员精神卫生知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为提高该地工作人员相关知识水平提供科学依据。方法采用相应量表对900名医务工作人员进行问卷调查。结果卫生服务机构医务人员精神卫生知识总体正确率为85.0%(15 307/18 000),精神卫生知识得分在不同性别、样本来源医疗机构、文化程度、职称中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素分析显示,文化程度(OR=2.33)、职称(OR=1.31)是重要影响因素。结论武汉市江汉区卫生服务机构医务人员精神卫生知识知晓率较高,文化程度和职称是影响相关知识知晓率的主要因素。
[Objective] To understand the awareness of mental health knowledge and its influencing factors among medical staff in Jianghan District of Wuhan City,and provide scientific basis for improving the level of related business. [ Methods ] A total of 900 medical workers were investigated by questionnaire. [Results] The overall correct rate of mental health knowledge anlong medical workers in health service institutions was 85.0% （15 307/18 000）. There was significant difference of mental health knowledge score between different gender,medical institutions,educational level and title （P〈0.05）. Multiple factor analysis showed that the degree of culture （OR=2.33） and professional title （OR=1.31） were the main influencing factors. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of mental health knowledge of medical workers in health service institutions of Jianghan District of Wuhan is high, and the cultural degree and professional title are the main factors influencing the awareness rate of the related knowledge.
