2013—2015年无锡市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况 被引量:4

Hygienic status of centralized air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Wuxi City from 2013-2015

摘要 目的了解2013—2015年无锡市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为规范公共场所集中空调通风系统的监管提供依据。方法依据WS 394-2012《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》,对72家公共场所的集中空调进行检测和评价。结果 72家被调查单位集中空调通风系统总体合格率47.22%,3年间合格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.96,P>0.05);送风中空气中3年共检测样品687份,可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数检测合格数分别为644、647和585份,总体合格率为93.74%、94.18%、85.15%,3年间合格率差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为30.84、10.71、35.65,均P<0.01);风管内表面共检测样品622份,细菌总数、真菌总数的合格数分别为548和572份,总体合格率为88.10%、91.96%,3年间合格率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);风管内表面积尘量总体合格率为100.00%。结论无锡市公共场所集中空调通风系统送风口空气、风管内表面卫生状况总体良好,但在细菌总数、真菌总数等方面仍存在卫生隐患,应加强监管。 [Objective] To investigate the hygienic status of eentralized air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Wuxi City from 2013-2015, provide basis for regulating the supervision and control of eentralized air conditioning ventilation system in publie places. [Methods] The central air conditioning in 72 public plaees was tested and evaluated according to the Health Specification for Centralized Air Ventilation System in Public Place (WS 394-2012). [Results] The total qualified rate of centralized air eonditioning ventilation system in 72 public places was 47.22% and the difference was not statistically significant among three years (X^2=2.96,P〉0.05). 644,647 and 585 samples were respeetively qualified for the inhaled particulate matter (PM10), total bacteria count and fungi count in air,which the qualified rate was respeetively 93.74%,94.18% and 85.15%,and the differenees in the qualified rates were statistically significant among three years (X^2=30.84, 10.71,35.65, all P〈0.01). 622 samples from inner surface of duet were detected, 548 and 572 samples were respectively qualified for total bacteria count and fungi count, with the qualified rate of 88.10% and 91.96% ,and the differences in the qualified rates were statistically significant among three years (all P〈0.01). The qualified rate of dust aecumulation on inner surface of duet was 100.00%. [ Conclusion] In Wuxi City,the hygienic status of air at supply-air outlet and inner surface of duet of centralized air conditioning ventilation system in public places is satisfaetory,but there are still health risks in baeteria count and fungi eount,which the monitoring and supervision should be strengthened.
