流式细胞术分类计数白细胞的临床应用

五分类血细胞分析仪作为全血细胞分析的初筛手段应用于临床,在出现异常细胞提示或报警时,须进行手工镜检加以确定,但手工镜检法易受主观因素影响、精密度低。流式细胞术通过特异单克隆抗体对细胞进行识别,结果准确、重复性好,其结合多抗体组合进行外周血白细胞分类计数已在多种疾病中应用。本文就流式细胞术分类计数白细胞在临床中的应用予以综述。

Five classification blood cell analyzer,as the early screening method of the whole blood cell analysis,the prompt or alarm for abnormal cells need be confirmed by manual microscopy, but the manual microscopy method is easily influenced by subjective factors,which the precision is low. Flow cytometry identifies the cells by specific monoclonal antibody,it is more accurate and has good repeatabihty, and the combination of flow cytometry and multiple antibodies has been applied for peripheral blood leukocyte count in a variety of diseases. In this paper,the clinical application of flow cytometry in differential count of white blood cell is reviewed.
