炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制

Mechanism of inflammation in diabetic retinopathy

糖尿病视网膜病变作为糖尿病患者的常见性并发症,患者未得到有效治疗的情况下,会造成视力严重受损甚至失明,严重影响患者生活质量,但是目前关于糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制还没有一个清楚的认识。炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变发病中起到重要作用,参与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展过程。相关研究有助于更好的认识和控制糖尿病视网膜病变发展,因此,就炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制及相关研究进展进行综述。

Diabetic retinopathy （DR）, as a common complication of diabetes, could cause severe visual loss and even blindness when the patient was not treated effectively, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. But now the pathogenesis of DR is not very clear. Inflammation plays an important role on the pathogenesis of DR, and it participates in the occurrence and development of DR. Related researches contribute to better recognize and control the development of DR, therefore, this paper summarizes the relevant research progress on inflammation and DR.
