摘要
以堆沤发酵黑木耳废菌糠50%+腐殖土37.5%+谷壳10%+控释肥0.5%+有机肥2%为栽培基质,对南方红豆杉、浙江樟、桢楠、浙江楠、花梨木和木荷等6个珍贵树种移栽苗进行研究的结果表明:6个树种在废菌棒复合基质上成活率较高,均超过90%;废菌棒复合基质对6个树种苗木生长量和生物量均有较显著提升。
By using spent artificial log compound substrat to culture container seedling for precious hardwoods, it settles the the recycle problem of spent artificial log in rural areas and reduces production costs of container seedling. Experiments were conducted on culturing container seedling of Taxus chinensis,Cinnamomum chekiangens, Phoebe zhennan, Phoebe chekiangensis, Dalbergia odorifera and Schima superba by designing the formula with compound substrat(Vspent artificial log: Vhumus: Vchaff : VCRFs: Vorganic fertilizer=50:37.5:10:0.5:2). The statistical analyses on the transplanting survival rate, mass growth and biomass of container seedling were done. The results showed that the seedling transplanting survival rate of six tree species were more than 90%. The mass growth and biomass of six tree species were both increased by spent artificial log compound substrat.
