基于灰度分布图的交互式转换函数设计方法

摘要 在体绘制中,转换函数设计的好坏将直接影响到物质分类,从而影响到最终的绘制结果。由于体数据的多样性、复杂性,一般情况下,很难设计出一个通用的转换函数解决不同体数据绘制问题。本文提出一种基于灰度分布图及颜色表映射的交互式转换函数的设计方法,根据体素属性的灰度分布图及实际的需求,交互式调节参数点,动态地生成转换函数,将体数据中的属性值转换为绘制结果中物质的颜色和浓淡,达到迅速响应的效果。本文提出的方法与传统方法相比,在绘制效率上基本接近,但在实用性及操作上非常灵活、简易,能适应各种数据类型及实验需求。 In the visualization of volume rendering, transfer function design will have a direct impact on the quality of material classifi- cation, thus affecting the final drawing results. Due to the diversity and complexity of volume data, it is difficult to design a general transfer function to solve different volume data drawing problems. This paper aims to propose an interactive conversion function design method based on gray - scale distribution and color table mapping. According to the gray distribution of voxel attributes and the actual requirements, adjust the parameter points interactively, generate conversion functions dynamically and convert the attribute values in the volume data to the color and shade of the substance in the rendered results to achieve rapid response. Compared with the traditional method, the method proposed in this paper is basically close to the rendering efficiency, but in practicality and operation is very flexi- ble, simple, able to adapt to a variety of data types and experimental requirements.
