Adorno,a leading philosopher of Frankfurt School, makes researches of moral philosophy on the basis of Auschwitz, which is undoubtedly a catastrophic moment in the development of human history. It follows that"whether after Auschwitz you can go on living"is the theme of Adorno's moral contemplation.Based on"The Meaning of working through the past"(1959/1962),this paper explores Adono's historical analysis of Fascism and the appeal for enlightenment through his view of constellational history and enlightenment for remembrance. In Adorno's view,Auschwitz never appears again only if subjectivity can be strengthened and individual be autonomous and mature in thinking and action.
