摘要
基于现有的LED植物光源在植物培育中光照不均匀的问题,对目前的植物工厂中使用较为广泛的红、蓝LED阵列型光源进行优化设计。通过对比四种不同的LED阵列排布方式,采用9点法进行PPFD值的测量和光谱的测量,进一步观察平面上光量子通量密度的均匀性和光谱分布的均匀性,进而寻求效果较好的LED阵列排布方式。结果表明:红蓝LED芯片交差分布和阵列行列交错分布的排列方式有利于提高光源阵列光谱的均一性。
According to the existing problems such as the uniformity of illumination and spectrum in the process of plant cultivation,the arrangement of LED light source array is studied to obtain better design parameters using in plant factories where red and blue LED light source array are used widely.The core issue is to seeking an optimized scheme of light source's arrangement so that light intensity distributes uniformly throughout the space.There are four different schemes proposed which can use the 9point method to measure the PPFD value and the spectrum to find a reasonable scheme.The results show that it benefits the level of uniformity when red and blue LED chips are arranged at a specific regular interval or every monochromatic light chip are organized in row and the rows are organized at a regular interval.
