畜禽屠宰机械正确地维护保养可以使机械设备处于良好的运行状态,保持应有的工作性能,延长设备的使用寿命,避免发生设备事故和损坏。设备故障诊断维修即预知维修,它不仅限于为设备维修服务,更主要的是保证设备处于最佳运行状态。针对畜禽屠宰设备在生产过程中容易出现的故障和问题,进行分析和探讨,用多种方法进行分析汇总,找出设备产生故障的原因以及解决的方法,并列举了肉类屠宰机械容易产生故障的环节及原理分析,以及肉类屠宰机械维护保养应该注意的方面,供肉类屠宰加工企业参考。

Correctly maintenance of livestock and poultry slaughtering machine was adopted, technical state of machine equipment was good, proper working performance was kept, service life of equipment was prolonged, and equipment accident and ment faults diagnosis maintenance was also called vide service for equipment maintenance, but also damage which should not happen were avoided. Equippredictive maintenance, it was not only limited to prokept the equipment under the optimum operating state. The fauhs and problems which was occurred easily during production process of livestock and poultry slaughtering equipment were analyzed and discussed, general analyzes were conducted by various methods, and reasons and solving methods of faults which were produced by equipment were found. The link which was easily produced faults of meat slaughtering machine and analysis methods were enumerated, the aspects which should be paid more attention of meat slaughtering machine maintenance were enumerated, and a reference for meat slaughtering processing enterprise was provided.
