经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察

Transurethral Vaporization of Prostate for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的 评估经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果.方法 选择2015年4月—2016年4月在惠州市惠城区中医医院接受治疗的135例前列腺增生患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗,对照组行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗.结果 观察组各项手术指标、前列腺功能、生活质量、最大尿流率、膀胱残余尿量均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组上述指标差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生效果显著,可以改善患者的各项临床症状,值得推广运用.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 135 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from April 2015 to April 2016 in Huicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in the study group underwent transurethral vaporization of prostate （TUVP）, and for those in the control group, transurethral resection of the prostate was performed. Results The surgical indicators, the International Prostate Symptom Score （IPSS）, quality of life score （QOL）, maximum urinary flow rate （Qmax） and residual urine volume （PVR） of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TUVP is effective in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia and improving the symptoms of patients. The application of TUVP to clinical practice is highly recommended.
