意象对话技术合并抗抑郁药物对恶劣心境疗效的影响

Effects of Imagery Dialogue Technique Combined with Antidepressants on Dysthymia

目的:探讨意象对话技术合并抗抑郁药物对恶劣心境疗效的影响。方法:将符合ICD-10诊断标准的77例恶劣心境患者随机分研究组和对照组,研究组给予意象对话合并抗抑郁药(帕罗西汀)治疗,对照组单纯使用抗抑郁药(帕罗西汀)治疗,在治疗前、治疗6周和12周末,分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(24项版本)(HAMD-24)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行临床疗效评定。结果:治疗12周末,研究组HAMD和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(F=11.386,18.410;P<0.01),研究组临床显效率(痊愈、显进病例所占比例)显著高于对照组(χ~2=16.537,P<0.01),意象对话技术合并抗抑郁药物治疗疗效优于单纯抗抑郁药物治疗。结论:意象对话技术合并抗抑郁药物治疗恶劣心境较单纯使用抗抑郁药物治疗更有优势,值得临床上进一步推广、应用。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of dialogue technique combined with antidepressants.Methods： A total of 77 patients with dysthymia which were conform to the standard of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision（ICD-10）, were randomly selected into 2 groups. The re search group took imagery dialogue technique with the antidepressant medicine of Paroxetine;The control group j ust took the antidepressant medicine（Paroxetine）.After 12 weeks,we compared the scores of HAMD 24,SDS,to ob serve the improvement of symptoms. Results： At the end of the 12 weeks, HAMD and SDS scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group （F=11.386,18.410;P〈0.0]）and the research group clinical effective rate（cured, significant improvement in the proportion of cases）was significantly higher than that of control group （x^2 = 16. 537, P 〈 0.01）. The imagery dialogue technique with antidepressant medicine treatment group＇s curative effect was better than that of single antidepressant treatment group.Conclusion： The treatment by u- sing both the image dialogue technique and western medicine has more advantages than the simple use of the antide pressant medicine in dealing with dysthymia,and it is worthy of further clinical research and extension.
