高职护生掌握老年人态度和老化知识的调查

Investigation of vocational nursing students on grasping the attitude and aging knowledge of the aged

目的 探讨高职护生对老年人的态度和老化知识的掌握情况,为制定和改革老年护理人才培养模式提供参考.方法 通过分层随机抽样方法,选取成都市某高职学校护生266人作为研究对象,采用中文修订版老年人态度（KAOP）、老化知识第一部分量表（FAQ）进行调查.结果 高职护生对老年人态度KAOP总分（110.77±13.816）分.女生对老年人态度明显高于男生,KAOP（-）、KAOP（总）差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.高职护生对老年人老化知识得分（10.70±3.703）分.参加过老年活动的护生与没参加过老年活动的护生比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.79.32%高职护生认为学校应该开设老年相关课程,对学校开展相关老年护理课程态度不同的护生FAQ、KAOP（-）、KAOP（总）差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.10.9%的高职护生愿意从事老年护理工作,53%的护生稍微愿意从事老年护理工作,从事老年护理工作意愿不同的护生FAQ、KAOP（＋）、KAOP（总）比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 高职护生对老年人态度处于中等水平,对老年人老化知识了解不够,可通过开设老年护理专业,构建课程体系,完善教学计划,提升老年护理师资队伍整体水平,从而使高职护生全面、系统、正确地认识老年护理相关知识,增加护生积极性和专业认同感,解决人口老龄化带来的老年护理人才紧缺问题.

Objective To investigate the attitude and knowledge mastery of vocational student nurses to the aged,give reference for making and reforming nursing personnel training mode for the aged.Methods A total of 266 higher vocational student nurses of Chengdu were selected as study objects by stratified random sampling method.Chinese revised edition of KAOP and FAQ was used to have investigation.Results The total score of higher vocational student nurses was（110.77±13.816）.The attitude of female students to the aged was obviously higher than male students.The difference of KAOP （-） and KAOP （total） had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The knowledge score of vocational student nurses to the aged was （10.70±3.703）points.After comparing with the student nurses involved in elderly activity and not involved in elderly activity, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.79.32% vocational student nurses considered that school should set up courses correlated with the aged, and the difference had statistical significance for the student nurses that had different attitudes for school to set up nursing courses correlated with the aged（P〈0.01）.10.9% vocational student nurses were willing to working on nursing for the aged, 53% student nurses were slightly willing to work on nursing for the aged.The difference had statistical significance compared with the student nurses of KAOP （-） and KAOP （total） not willing to working on nursing for the aged（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The attitude of vocational student nurses to the aged is average,and the knowledge to the aging of the aged is not enough.Nursing courses for the aged can be set up to build course system,consummate teaching plan and promote the integral level of teaching staff about nursing for the aged so that vocational nurse students can comprehensively, systematically and correctly understand about the related knowledge of nursing to the aged, improving the enthusiasm and profession identity of student nurses,solving the shortage of nursing talents for the aged due to the aged tendency of population.
