摘要
通过对比试验的方法,研究了在超轻质高强水泥基混合材料中加入消泡剂后对其密实度和表观质量的影响,以选择消泡剂的合理掺量。试验结果表明:消泡剂的掺入可以降低浆体的含气量,对于加入纤维的配比,其效果更加明显;随着养护时间的推移,试件密度都有增大的趋势,且前7 d密度增加幅度较大;通过对含气量,各阶段试件密度以及表观质量的对比分析可知,未加纤维与加入0.5%PVA纤维的消泡剂掺入量为0.03%与0.05%时所达到的效果最好。
In this paper,the influence of adding the defoamer on the compactness and apparent quality of the ultra-lightweight cement composite was studied by the comparative test method for selecting a reasonable amount of defoamer. The experimental results show that: the incorporation of defoamer can reduce the gas content of the slurry,and better effect was yielded for the proportion of adding fiber. As curing time went by,the density of the specimens increased,and increased by a large margin in the first 7 days. By comparing and analysing gas content,specimens density at each stage and apparent density,it can be concluded that the best effect was achieved when the amount of defoamer without fiber and with 0. 5% PVA fiber was 0. 03% and 0. 05%.
