Experimental study on bond strength performance of ceiling plastering mortar in construction engineering

摘要 通过对普通砂浆、含减水剂的普通砂浆和聚合物砂浆进行压折试验、立方体抗压试验和模拟实际楼板的顶棚抹灰拉拔力试验,研究了三种砂浆的力学性能。研究表明:抹灰砂浆的粘结力与砂浆的压折比成负相关;砂浆加入801胶水,可以提高粘结强度;减水剂会提高砂浆的抗压强度,但降低砂浆的柔性。 The mechanical performance of plastering mortar,plastering mortar with superplasticizers and polymer mortar were studicd through a series of tests,compression-bending test,cube-compressing test and ceiling plastering mortar pull-out test. Experimental results show that there is negative correlation between bond strength of plaster mortar and compression-blend-ratio. The bond strength of plastering mortar improves when adding 801-glue into plastering mortar. The superplasticizers will raise the compression strength but reduce the flexibility of plastering mortar.
