可移动悬臂破碎锤拆除混凝土内支撑施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 以珠海富力盈凯广场项目为例,该项目基坑内支撑梁拆除采用可移动悬臂破碎锤拆除施工技术。利用已有的支撑梁及楼板的抗弯能力,在内支撑梁上铺设钢梁,在钢梁上摆放可移动的破除设备对混凝土内支撑梁进行破除,相对于人工风镐破除+静态爆破拆除节能环保,减少扬尘、减少劳动强度,减少使用人力,拆除速度快;相对于绳锯等切割拆除方法,绳锯拆除受基坑周边场地限制,基坑周边需有摆放大型吊车及堆放支撑梁的场地,且切割前需搭设支撑架对支撑梁进行回顶,增加工作量及费用。通过实践证明,该施工技术的应用降低了施工难度,降低了施工安全隐患,提高了施工效率,节约劳动力且缩短了施工周期,节约了施工成本,具有较高的经济效益。 Based on the example of Fuli Yingkai square project in Zhuhai,constuction technology of demolition by breaking hammer with movable cantilever was adopted to remove the inner strutting beam in foundation pit of this project. Existing support beam and bending resistance of floor slab were used to lay out steel beam over inner strutting beam,put movable breaking equipment on steel beam for demolishing concrete strutting beam. By comparison with demolition by artificial pneumatic pick plus static blasting,the breaking-beam-demolition reveals its merits in facets of energy saving,environmental protecting,flying dust reducing,labor intensity and manpower decreasing and high speed. The demerits of demolishing methods like saw cutting lies in following aspects: confinement of surrounding space which should accommodate large crane and support beam pile; support frame should be set up to push the support beam before cutting,thus workload and expenses would increase. Practices show that: the construction difficulty and potential hazard were lessened through this application of construction technology of breaking hammer,meantime construction efficiency was heightened,labor and construction cost was saved,construction period was shortened,thus comparatively high economic benefits was taken on.
